Mac Mail Setup – OSX 10.5 (Leopard) – Skybeam Email

Open your Mac Mail by clicking the icon on the Dock.

Once opened, click on Mail then Preferences.

Click on the Plus (+) symbol on the lower left hand side of the window.

Enter Your Name for the Full Name field.

Enter your Skybeam Email Address for the Email Address field.

Type your Personal Password in the Password field.

Once completed, click Continue.

Choose POP for the Account Type.

Enter in Skybeam Email for the Description field.

Type pop.everyone.net for the Incoming Mail Server.

Put your Skybeam Email in for the User Name.

Put your Personal Password in again.

Click Continue.

Again, enter Skybeam Email for the Description.

Type in smtp.everyone.net for the Outgoing Mail Server.

Check the box that says Use Authentication.

Enter Full Email Address and Personal Password for User Name and Password fields.

Click Continue.

Verify your settings and click Finish.

You should be back at the Accounts page.

Click the Advanced tab. Near the middle of the page, un-check the Use SSL box.

Congratulations! Your Skybeam Email is now configured for use in Mac Mail!
