Microsoft Entourage for Mac – OSX (10.5) Leopard – Skybeam Email

Open your Microsoft Entourage by clicking the icon on the Dock.

Once Entourage is opened, click on Entourage at the top of the window and choose Account Settings....

In the Accounts window that opens, click New.

In the New Account window that pops up, make sure the Account Type says POP and hit OK.

In the Edit Account window that pops up, fill in the information as follows:
For Account Name enter in Skybeam Email.
In the Name field enter your Full Name.
For E-Mail Address enter in your Skybeam Email Address.
Enter in your full Skybeam Email Address for the Account ID field.
POP Server enter in pop.everyone.net.
For Password enter in your Personal Password.
SMTP Server type in smtp.everyone.net.

Once you have 'Click here for advanced sending options' opened, choose to check the box: SMTP requires authentication. Make sure that Use same settings as receiving mail server is the option that is bubbled in.

At the top left screen in the picture shown above, click the very small square (has NO writing next to it) to close this pop-up window.

Next, click OK on the window. You are now set up to receive Skybeam Email through the Microsoft Entourage for Mac!
